Description
"Masala Punch" is a true spice journey in a bottle. Rich
tomatoes and sweet red bell peppers provide a velvety
base, while eighteen carefully selected ingredients - from
cumin and cardamom to lemongrass and turmeric - create a
deep, multi-layered flavor reminiscent of steaming Indian
kitchen pots. Habanero peppers are here not only for their heat but also
for their fruity aroma, which pairs perfectly with mustard and coriander
seeds. This is a sauce for those who seek a story in their flavor.
🌶 Flavor: Rich, spicy and aromatic - the sweetness of tomatoes and
peppers blends with the freshness of garlic, ginger, and lemongrass,
while cumin, cardamom, and turmeric add an oriental depth.
Each spoonful reveals a new layer of flavor.
🌶 Heat: Medium-strong (6/10) - not only for its heat (100,000–350,000 Scoville units), but also for its fruity,
floral aroma, which perfectly complements the Indian spice blend.
The heat comes gradually and blends with the spices - it doesn't dominate,
but enhances.
🌶 Usage: An ideal companion for Indian and Asian dishes.
Perfect with curry, dhal, biryani and tandoori
chicken, lentil stews, and roasted vegetables. Amazingly
delicious with samosa, naan bread, and basmati rice. Also,
try it as a marinade for meat or as a condiment for
eggs, hummus, and even pizza. A spoonful of this sauce in
broth - and the simplest lunch turns into a journey to the streets of Mumbai.

ingredients without artificial additives. Contains: tomatoes, water,
red bell peppers, white wine vinegar, cane sugar, sea
salt, lime juice, garlic, ginger, lemongrass,

I made this sauce myself — from the pepper seed to the label. If you love it, write to me; if something falls short — write too. I enjoy real conversations as much as a sharp flavour.
